Directions
1. Combine tuna, breadcrumbs, green onion, egg, milk, and lemon peel in a large mixing bowl.
2. Form mixture into patties using lightly floured hands.

4. Cook patties for 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown on both sides.
Sauce
